Konya was the province with the highest sunflower oil production in Türkiye in 2012. With the level of 260 thousand tons in 2013 and 2014, Konya maintained its leadership in the position of the province with the highest sunflower oil production in these years. With a production level of 210 thousand tons in TUIK data for 2015 and 2016, Konya has maintained its place in the top ranks in sunflower oil production.

• In oil/moisture analysis, devices regarded as reference in the world were placed at purchasing points, and the farmer with the highest seed oil was given a premium based on the rates received from the devices, and the farmer earned.
• The entire raw material purchasing system has been automated, and the system from sampling to the analysis result has been made independent of user errors and quick results have been obtained without making the farmer wait.
• By indirectly ensuring that the traders who buy the seeds produced in the Konya region give prices above the price determined by our company, the farmer is ensured to earn more.

• The high-quality oil produced by the oil factory has been met in the refined oil facilities in our country. Due to our low residue, low acidity and low color values, the consumption of the substances used in the neutralization and bleaching units of the refining facilities decreased, contributing to the refining facilities and thus to the national economy.
• One of the energy sources used in the facility is the shell separated from the crushing unit. This fuel, which has a very low emission rate compared to other fuels, contributes to the clean environment project.
• Since the hexane used in the extraction unit is recycled in the closed system and reused in the unit, the facility is one of the facilities which have the least negative impact on the environment.

OUR TOTAL QUALITY APPROACH
The Raw Oil Factory is currently the first and only facility in Türkiye to have the TS 12302 Raw Sunflower Oil Product Certificate and TS 316 Sunflower Seed Meal Certificate in Türkiye. The facility quality has been registered with ISO 9001:2008.
